Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representatives to expand our market presence. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing your own leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other effective strategies.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored payment solutions.   

• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase Westmoor’s services and value proposition.

• Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

• Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities and progress.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Westmoor’s products and services, as well as industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (preferred, but not required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.   

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.   

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales goals.

• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
